Refund, Returns & Exchanges
OH NO! Sorry!
Despite our best efforts inspecting the quality of every product that we send out. Things happen beyond our control. We understand this can be frustrating. Don’t worry we will do our best to make it right.
Refundable Items
We’re happy to refund or exchange merchandise and products such as Coffee Makers, Mugs, storage containers, coffee grinders, humidors, cigar cutters, ashtrays, etc. The product must in all original packaging in resaleable condition. Sale items however are final sale and are omitted from exchange or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept cigars, whole bean or ground coffee, these items are final sale. We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for any tobacco or coffee products. If the product is damaged see our section on damaged goods.
Returns
We only accept returns by mail and only items described under “Refundable Items”. Please contact us by email prior to shipping the product back to us. Be sure to use a trackable shipping service such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS. We suggest adding shipping insurance for high value items. We will notify you by email when your return has been received and inspected. We will issue a refund to the method of payment provided at checkout within seven business days after we have received and inspected the product. We are not responsible for your shipping costs or any shipping delays.
Damaged Goods
Returnable:
We do our best to inspect all merchandise prior to shipping. We do not open or inspect pre-Packaged items from the manufacturer (we want to leave that joy and excitement to you). But if for some reason the item within is damaged please contact us by email and we will work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable:
We do our best to ensure quality in all products we ship out. Unfortunately things happen beyond our control. Although we cannot accept coffee or tobacco products for return we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us by email and give us a detailed explanation of your concern or of the damaged product. We will work with you to rectify the situation.
Time-line policy
- Any intent for refund, return or exchange must be expressed by email to us within 24 hours of receiving the product in question.
- Any Damaged goods must also be expressed to us within 24 Hours of receiving the product.
- All Returns must be shipped back to us within 72 hours of approval by email from Mug O’Cigars inc
- Any return or refund will be issued within 7 business days after Mug O’Cigars inc. receives and inspects the product or item in question.
- Mug O’Cigars inc. has the right to refuse any return or refund for any reason there is suspicion of foul play or tampering with the product or its packaging in question.
