Shipping Locations and Age verification:
Mug O’Cigars only Ships within the province of Ontario, Canada. If you choose to have your package delivered to a alternate address within Ontario. You may specify this during the checkout procedure. All packages must be received and signed for by an adult of legal age within Ontario. If the adult receiving the package appears under the age of 25 they will be required to provide valid acceptable Identification to prove Age and Identification of the individual receiving the package.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or any other form of shipping location that a physical person of legal age can not accept the package and sign for it.
Plain Packaging:
Due to the nature of some of the products we sell. In accordance with Canadian and Provincial legislation all products are shipped in plain packaging. This is to ensure contents are not visibly identifiable. All Products are carefully packed and shipped to a mailing address of your choice. Some restrictions apply. See details above.
How long does delivery take?

Do you ship internationally?
No! Mug O’Cigars does not Ship internationally or outside of the province of Ontario, Canada.
